How did I get here? I am a small town Louisiana girl who grew up with three brothers. They said I couldn’t do things they did because I was a girl. Hmmm . . . my motto became “watch me!” My dad was a barber and owned his own shop; my mom was a housewife. I didn’t know I wanted to own my own business until I worked for someone else . . . for 10 years. I’ve been my own boss ever since.
